What does this service include?

Our accredited mediator(s) support the impartial resolution of conflicts and employment disputes by using collaborative problem solving for establishing relations rather than apportioning blame. The process facilitates a safe and confidential space for participants to evaluate the reasons behind the conflict and find collaborative ways to resolve the cause of the dispute.
